Research projects are handled in the order that payment is received. Projects are generally completed in 8-12 weeks from receipt of payment. However, there may be times when such projects will extend beyond this time frame depending upon receipt of correspondence from outside research contacts, the availability of resources, or unforeseen circumstances. In those situations we will keep you informed.  

*Professional Genealogy Services, including all options listed on this Application for Professional Genealogy Services Contract , pertain to service time spent, not to the research results.  When research is conducted, HEIRLINES has no way of knowing what will be found beforehand.  We offer quality, experienced, professional genealogy services.
