 Getting Started
If you are one of those people who has no idea even where to begin their ancestor research, Heirlines offers a Survey and Analysis service that is designed specifically to help people in your situation. Their professional genealogists will check computer databases and the basic resources available at the Family History Library of Utah to help you determine the potential for research of your family roots. They will then give recommendations for what you should do to begin to trace your ancestors.
If someone in your family has already started to trace your ancestors, Heirlines can also do an evaluation of prior research in which they will review the research previously done and again give you a recommendation for where to begin and in what direction to go.
Moving Forward
If, once this preliminary analysis has been completed, you don't feel you have the time or resources available to trace your ancestors on your own, Heirlines can do it for you. They offer four Research and Analysis packages that range from offering 10 hours of research and analysis work up to 120 hours.
Upon completion of the research, the genealogy researchers will compile a detailed, easy-to-read report of their findings including all names, dates, and locations; relevant writings; and more. You will also receive copies of all the documents found during the research process which could include birth/marriage/death certificates, journals, immigration and naturalization records, census records, and more.
